Poor Amber

Poor Amber. She's not here yet. She's just been going through one delay after the other:

First of all her flight out of Japan and into Detroit was delayed for some reason.
Then Detroit had weather problems and her flight out of Detroit was delayed 2 hours.
Close to the end of the second hour, they shut down the airport!
She finally got a flight OUT of Detroit, but it'll fly her to St. Paul, Minnesota first and THEN to Omaha.
THEN there was a water main break at the tower. So flights have been... you guessed it... delayed!
When she finally got on the plane for St. Paul, they were stuck on the runway for 2 hours before the plane actually left Detroit.

The poor girl. I mean, this is the kind of thing you only hear about in sitcoms. You never thought it'd happen in real life. I'll keep you posted on what happens next.
