FRIDAY :-D!

MAN I love Fridays :-). Fridays are especially good when your week didn't start out too well :-). I wish I could fast forward today to 5pm :-).

Steve and I were channel surfing last night when we came across BBC's Battlefield Britain. I think whoever conceptualized that show was a genius :-). It's about a father and son team, traveling through Britain, reviewing all the battles that shaped the country. The son talks about what it was probably like at the front lines, the father talks about the battle strategies that were used.

The part I like most is that they hired actors to play the soldiers and the people and these actors were interviewed about their "experiences," what it was like on the battlefield. It felt like a contemporary news feature instead of your typical history show. I also like how they used computer graphics to show you how the battle was won :-).
