Blasted allergies

{sneezes for the fifth time in a row... blows my nose, shakes my head as I toss the latest addition onto the pile of used tissues} Geez. Who would've thought a human being could carry so much snot?

Let's see, latest news. I'll be going to the Philippines for about a month next week :-). My company is launching a new office in Cebu and I'll be staying there conducting seminars for the remainder of April. Then I'm flying to Manila for about a week in May, when the *Manila* office is celebrating its 5th year anniversary :-). I guess that means I'll be celebrating my fifth year with the company this year too :-).

Poor Steve's not looking forward to the idea of being in charge of the bills and laundry while I'm gone. What he REALLY hates though is that he'll have to make his own adobo and menudo :-).

{thinks about adobo and menudo... remembers I have leftover kare-kare in the fridge... starts to want kare-kare, particularly the meat... remembers that it's Good Friday} Doggone it.

Easter Sunday we are SO pigging out :-). Texas de Brazil is having an Easter thing where you get 50% off your full dinner price if you eat between the hours of 11-12am and 8:30-9:30pm.

Yeah, we'll be eating meat with a vengeance :-).

{thinks about it}...I guess I could take out the meat in the kare-kare :-)...
