Bear's Birthday

Yesterday was Bear's birthday :-). Boy, did he get lots of great stuff :-)! He got a microwave! And gift cards! And a painted pony! And the first season of 24 boxed set! And a native american music cd! And two new books! And an ice cream cake!

{giggles} He was so cute. It was a surprise, you see, that he was going to get an ice cream cake and that didn't happen until the end of the day. So until then, he was feeling a little disappointed that we weren't really "celebrating" his birthday. He was like a little boy: "But it's my birthday--!"

I knew about the cake since yesterday--it was tough keeping the thing secret :-).

Then we got back after picking up dinner, there were his gifts, and his cake, and the rest of the family. It was just like when I had my birthday :-). He was a happy bear :-).
