"I'm freeeee...!"

Current Mood:

Steve and I just LOVE this 1972 British sitcom called "Are You Being Served?" :-). It's set in a department store called Grace Brothers and all the laughs come from the conflicts caused by store politics.

My favorite character is Mr. Humphries :-). I love the way he says, "I'm freeee...!" when his superior asks him, "Mr. Humphries, are you free (i.e., available)?"

As a matter of fact, Steve and I like him so much that we named the red frog that was on top of Bubu a few blog entries back "Mr. Humphries :-)."
